The Seahorse Prince of Hythermis, Storse.
Eldest of the Royal children, Storse was natural born leader. He had a mind for tactics and always won people over with his charm and can-do attitude. Often seen in the War Room helping plan border skirmishes to help keep Hythermia City safe from the Monster's that lurk past the city perimeter in the deep sea vents... most notably the Termipole.

This is a 3D realisation of a concept I did for the Artstation challenge 'Beneath the Waves' from a few years back.
